Mary Del Brady
President and Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Brady, President and CEO of RedPath Integrated Pathology, Inc., is an entrepreneur whose 30 years of professional experience include the founding and ownership of several companies in the services and biotechnology industries.

She has held an executive role within a major academic health system, was president of a national association of business owners with international responsibilities, and has served as a director/advisor for numerous not-for-profit and for-profit organizations.

Prior to joining RedPath, Ms. Brady was co-founder and president of the highly regarded TissueInformatics.Inc, one of Western Pennsylvania's earliest first biotechnology companies.  She holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.

Sydney D. Finkelstein, MD
Chief Scientific Officer

As Chief Scientific Officer for RedPath, Dr. Finkelstein is applying clinical translational research of molecular genetic discoveries to standard surgical pathology practice a goal to which he has dedicated his entire career. He is a nationally recognized expert in both Gastrointestinal Pathology and Solid Tissue Molecular Pathology.

Dr. Finkelstein founded RedPath after having spent 20 years as a practicing academic surgical pathologist, holding appointments as associate and then full professor at the University of Pittsburgh and at Hahnemann University in Philadelphia. He currently serves as Adjunct Professor at Temple University.

In 1990, he began work on the development of Topographic Genotyping, his patented technology for enhancing polymerase chain reaction amplifiability of minute, microdissected, fixative treated tissue samples. The patent was filed in 1995, granted for the United States in 2001, and licensed exclusively to RedPath.

Joesph T. Donnelly
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Donnelly is a healthcare financial executive whose 26 years of professional experience include co-founding a successful medical device company, establishing a private medical financial consulting firm specializing in professional services to medical providers and medical research organizations, serving as a financial executive for a state wide academic health system, and partnering with a highly recognized financial accounting, tax and business advisory company.

Prior to joining RedPath, Mr. Donnelly was the managing principal of Advisors in Health Finance, a firm serving the needs of medical providers, medical research organizations, and medical device companies.

Elaine M. Elder, Sc D
Vice President, Clinical Operations

Dr. Elder joined RedPath as Director of Provider Services in 2005 after 20 years in academia and clinical laboratory management. She became Vice President of Clinical Operations in June 2006.

Prior to joining RedPath, Dr. Elder was a co-founder and vice president of ImmunoSite, Inc., a start-up laboratory that provided custom designed strategies for immunologic monitoring of pharma-sponsored clinical trials of biological therapies for cancer and HIV. As vice president for laboratory operations, she built and directed a CLIA-certified and accredited GLP laboratory.

Ernest C. Jacobs, MD
Vice President, Technical Operations

Dr. Jacobs has 24 years of professional experience developing computer-based medical systems in a variety of clinical and research settings. Dr. Jacobs also served on national standards committees for laboratory data interchange, and was responsible for implementation of FDA and ISO Quality Systems and compliance with US and foreign medical device regulations.

Prior to joining RedPath, he was Senior Staff Fellow in the Division of Computer Research and Technology at the National Institutes of Health and Associate Staff in the Section of Neurological Computing at the Cleveland Clinic.

Rina Wolf
Vice President, Reimbursement
and Payor Relations

Ms. Wolf's 20 years of experience in the healthcare arena has focused on the complexities of reimbursement and its critical role in the success of a healthcare provider.

Prior to joining RedPath, Rina served as the Director of Reimbursement for Genomic Health, Inc., where she helped to develop reimbursement strategies and programs that led to positive coverage policies with major third party payors. Her experience in reimbursement includes her position at Esoterix as Vice President of Reimbursement and Contracts.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA and a Masters of HealthCare Administration.
