RedPath Integrated Pathology, Inc. to Present at 3 Rivers Venture Fair

Molecular diagnostics leader to provide perspectives on emerging in-vitro diagnostic applications

Pittsburgh, Pa., September 14, 2009 — RedPath Integrated Pathology, Inc., a molecular diagnostics company dedicated to the effective diagnosis and treatment of cancer, today announced that Mark D. Myslinski, RedPath's president and chief executive officer, will share his perspectives on the rapidly expanding applications of molecular diagnostics at the 3 Rivers Venture Fair. The conference will be held in Pittsburgh, Pa., September 15-16, 2009.

The two-day venture fair is among the nation's most prominent showcases of breakthrough innovations in technology, life sciences and energy and highlights western Pennsylvania's best and brightest technologies. The meeting attracts more than 500 A-list venture capitalists, private investors, investment bankers and leaders in business, finance and entrepreneurship. Attendees discover opportunities in the hottest emerging markets and meet cutting-edge innovators from a 10-state region and beyond. Since its founding in 2002, the 3 Rivers Venture Fair has helped participating ventures raise more than $292 million in investment capital.

Myslinski will present RedPath's DNA-based approach to provide unique comprehensive molecular analyses to oncologists, pathologists and other clinicians that help them resolve challenging diagnostic dilemmas. He will also offer fresh perspectives on emerging in-vitro diagnostic applications.

"While the economy is struggling and there is much ado about health care reform, one thing that does not change is the need to improve outcomes for patients with cancer," said Myslinski. "Our methodologies have shown the ability to improve the lives of people with cancer by applying novel diagnostic tools to solve clinical patient management dilemmas. This meeting will provide a forum for RedPath to share the company's results and plans with a sophisticated audience of investors knowledgeable about health care."
